Terms of Services
for Dedicated Email Server

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern the provisioning and usage of Dedicated Email Servers provided by HostOrient, a subsidiary of Extent Technologies Limited. 1.2 By using our Dedicated Email Server services, customers agree to adhere to these terms and any associated policies.


2. Service Delivery

2.1 HostOrient will deliver Dedicated Email Servers within 7-10 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance.
2.2 Customers can access specific details about their server configuration in the "Additional Information" section of their product description.


3. Payments, Billing, and Refund

3.1 All payments must be made as per the invoice provided. Payment clearance is required before server provisioning.

3.2 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are strictly unavailable for Dedicated Email Servers, including those with IP allocations of /24, /25, /26, /27, /28, or /29.
  • This policy applies irrespective of the duration of service usage, including cases where the server has been provisioned but remains unused or partially used./li>
  • Refunds are not provided for misuse of services, policy violations, or failure to meet customer expectations caused by factors outside HostOrient’s control.

3.3 Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Policy Violations: If the customer breaches any of the Terms of Service, including misuse of the server or allocated IP addresses.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Once the server has been provisioned, no refund requests will be entertained for customer-initiated cancellations.
  • External Factors: HostOrient is not liable for refunds due to issues caused by third-party software, customer-side misconfigurations, or factors beyond its operational control

3.4 In exceptional cases, HostOrient reserves the right to assess refund requests individually, but this is not guaranteed and is at the company’s sole discretion.

3.5 Customers are encouraged to carefully review the server specifications and ensure the service meets their requirements before placing an order, as no refunds will be issued after provisioning.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation Policy HostOrient at least 14 days (two weeks) before the invoice due date to cancel their Dedicated Email Server.
4.2 Cancellation requests made less than 14 days before the due date will not exempt the customer from liability for the next billing cycle.
4.3 All cancellation requests must be submitted via official support channels.


5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Customers are responsible for the proper use of their Dedicated Email Servers and any allocated IP addresses.
5.2 Misuse of servers, including spamming, illegal activities, or violations of applicable laws, will result in immediate suspension or termination without a refund.
5.3 If any misuse of servers, including spamming, illegal activities, or violations, occurs, the customer will bear full liability for any consequences, including legal or financial repercussions arising from such activities.


6. Amendments to Terms

6.1 HostOrient reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service as necessary.
6.2 Customers will be notified via email at least three days in advance of any updates to the TOS. Continued service use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 HostOrient and its parent company, Extent Technologies Limited, are not liable for data loss, downtime, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond their control.
7.2 Customers agree to indemnify HostOrient and Extent Technologies Limited from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from their misuse of the service or IP allocations.
