Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Servers:

  1. 30-day Money-Back Guarantee: For new customers, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees, excluding any setup fees, domain registration, or add-on services.
  2. Refunds After the Initial 30 Days: After the initial 30 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the hosting plan. This refund excludes any setup fees, domain registration, or add-on services.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system or by contacting our customer service team directly within the eligible refund period.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Any breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy voids the eligibility for a refund.
  • Domain registration fees, setup fees, SSL certificates, and other add-on services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
  • Refunds are not applicable for accounts that have violated our terms resulting in suspension or termination.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
  • Delays may occur due to the policies of payment processors or banking institutions.

  • HostOrient reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
